Who We Are

Veronica started Perez Cleaning in 1992, cleaning homes around Redwood City after arriving from Mexico. Her son Gerardo runs the business now. Joaquin handles the office and the exterior side of the work.

The crews have been on these streets a long time. Most of our work still comes from someone’s neighbor.

Quick, honest quotes

Call or text and we’ll talk through what you need. For house cleaning we can usually give you a ballpark on the phone. For anything outside — windows, gutters, roof, solar — we come look first, because rooflines and access change the job too much to price blind.

Licensed, bonded, and insured

We carry general liability, auto, and workers’ comp insurance. Certificates available on request. Every person who comes to your home works for us.

You’ll know when we’re coming

You’ll have a scheduled day and an arrival window before the visit. If anything shifts, we call you ahead of time — you shouldn’t have to wonder where we are.

We look after the house

Shoe covers inside. Sills and tracks wiped on the way out. Ladders placed where they won’t mark the siding. The small things are most of the job.

Whole Home Care

Inside, outside, and above.

Windows before the holidays. Gutters before the first rain. Solar panels after pollen season. A clean house every week in between. We put the whole property on one schedule and take care of it — you never have to remember to call anyone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Most of our recurring clients aren't. We'll arrange access however you're comfortable — a key, a code, or a scheduled window when someone's there. Whatever we agree on is what we do every visit.

Yes, everything. If you'd rather we use specific products in your home — for a surface, a finish, or an allergy — leave them out and tell us, and that becomes part of your file.

Yes. You'll have the same house cleaning crew visit after visit, and the same exterior crew for outside work. We don't rotate strangers through your home. If someone is out, we tell you before the visit rather than after.

Yes. We're licensed, bonded, and insured, and that covers ladder and roof work. Certificates are available on request.

Call us. For house cleaning we can usually give you a ballpark on the phone once we know the size of your home and how often you want us there. Exterior work we come look at first — rooflines, access, and tree cover change the job too much to price it blind.

Recurring house cleaning usually starts within a week or two. Exterior work is seasonal — gutters before the first rains and windows before the holidays both get busy, so a few weeks of lead time helps in the fall.

We don't do commercial or office cleaning, pressure washing (we soft wash instead, which is safer for paint, roofing, and older siding), pest control, landscaping, or repairs. If you need something outside what we do, we'll usually know who to call.

Constantly. Tell us their names, where they'll be, and whether they should stay in or out while we work.

Tell us and we'll come back and fix it. We've been cleaning the same neighborhoods for over thirty years — we're not going to argue with you about one visit.

Invoiced after service. For estate and multi-service accounts we offer LLC or trust billing and Net 30 terms.
