Recurring Cleaning
Weekly, every other week, or monthly — the same crew, on a schedule that doesn't move. This is most of what we do, and most of our clients have been on it for years.
Deep Clean
A full reset for a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. Inside cabinets, behind appliances, baseboards, grout, and the places a regular visit doesn't reach. Most new clients start here.
Move-In / Move-Out
An empty home cleaned end to end, before you unpack or after the truck leaves. Same work as a deep clean, faster and more thorough with nothing in the way.
Interior Windows
Glass, sills, and tracks from the inside. Pairs with exterior window cleaning if you want the whole thing done in one visit.
Custom & Hourly
Some homes don't fit a package. Tell us what you want done and we'll price the time.
Add-ons
Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior cabinets, laundry, and detailed baseboards. Add any of these to a scheduled visit.

House cleaning — frequently asked questions
No. Most of our recurring clients aren't. We'll arrange access however you're comfortable — a key, a code, or a scheduled window when someone's there. Whatever we agree on is what we do every visit.
Yes, everything. If you'd rather we use specific products in your home — for a surface, a finish, or an allergy — leave them out and tell us, and that becomes part of your file.
Yes. You'll have the same house cleaning crew visit after visit, and the same exterior crew for outside work. We don't rotate strangers through your home. If someone is out, we tell you before the visit rather than after.
Constantly. Tell us their names, where they'll be, and whether they should stay in or out while we work.
Invoiced after service. For estate and multi-service accounts we offer LLC or trust billing and Net 30 terms.
Tell us and we'll come back and fix it. We've been cleaning the same neighborhoods for over thirty years — we're not going to argue with you about one visit.
